What this preview does
This preview page does not submit, store, or transmit form entries or selected pet photos. A photo selected in the order form is read locally by your browser only to display a temporary preview. Closing or refreshing the page clears that preview.
Information for a future order
If ordering is enabled, Royal Paws expects to collect the customer email address, pet name, chosen portrait style, optional notes, and customer-provided image so it can process payment, create the portrait, and deliver the digital file. The payment provider would process payment details on its own checkout page; Royal Paws would not collect card numbers through this website. The final list of service providers and processing locations will be identified here before sales begin.
Use and access
Order information and photos would be accessible only to people who need them to make and deliver the portrait, and would not be listed publicly. Any marketing use of a customer's image would require separate permission. A customer may ask to access or delete their information using the contact details that will be published before launch.
Retention and security
Retention periods and deletion steps have not been finalized. They will be set before ordering opens, including when unpaid uploads are deleted and how long completed order records are retained. Reasonable safeguards will be used; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
